Harmony and understanding?
Sympathy and trust abounding??
No more forces of derision???
Golden living dreams of visions????
Mystic crystal revelations?????
And the mind's true liberation ??????

One of Pantalones' mystic crystal revelations stands out.
He didn't draft (San Diego first baseman) Adrián González, who is not only a very good player, but also HIS COUSIN.
I just hope Adrián bangs several homers this week just to make Joe understand this Mexican saying:
"Para partirte la madre, no hay nada como tu familia"
(free translation: "there's nothing better than family to beat the hell out of you")

In fact, we hippies are so peaceful that we let other people win. And when we have to beat someone just to show that we can, we only beat them by one point just so they don't lag far behind the competition.

Hope he does belt out homers left and right, but hope your other players slump ala Jack Cust right now.

I get the feeling that is a very free translation.
This reminds me of a time I was playing second base, in 1999. The opposing team was playing hit and run, but our pitcher threw a wild pitch. As the runner in first was approaching second, I yelled: "foul ball, foul ball". As he walked back to first base, our pitcher threw the ball to our first baseman and he put the runner out. The opposing manager argued, but the umpire said: "I didn't say foul, it's your player's problem if he believed their second baseman".
We won that game 9-8.
Have you spoken with A-Rod recently?

I'm getting my line-ups set for Wed & Thurs, when I will be in Boston. The Rednecks vs Tico this week. It could be bad. Maybe the Nabobs, the Puppies and I can conspire to figure out a way to stop Tico.

Teek -- since George, rjb and I met last night, we've decide you're goin' down. Of course how we're going to do that is still in negotiations, plus it seemed a lot easier over beer. ...

Wow. I've never been conspired about over beer in Boston before. Cool!
