We went to the Cactus Club and I had their West Coast pockets - sushi rice with a bit of wasabi and japanese mayo and mashed avocado, topped with a slice of smoked salmon, all secreted in a cooked tofu pocket.
Delicious.
I watched DCLugi for an hour!
Because he is funny! Earlier. On you tube. I just clicked through the original link, anywhere I saw DCLuig, I clicked. He has a few vids of him being Christopher Walken's mom, one of him killing himself, an interview process. Very funny.
Cooked tofu pocket, I used to do those, you can buy them... trying to remember what they call them.

Just finishing off some french bread, so called, with a finally-I-opened-it can of, lessee....Mousse de Foie d'Oie Truffee a 2%, a little item I picked up at a place back in California - think how long this has been in my cupboard - for something like $1.29. I says it contains pork fat, chicken liver, goose fat, and gelatin, plus black winter truffles.
Very good indeed, and well it should be with the amount I spooned out nabbing 45% of recommendation for saturated fat. But, hey, I ate only about 1/3 of that or, maybe less.
