I failed in my attempt at a no-bitch 2008. Ah well. I guess that's just not me. I was supposed to have a surprise birthday with the famdamily and some friends this Saturday. My lil sis and her son were supposed to arrive Friday - flight was cancelled due to weather. She was booked on a flight for today, we rearranged the birthday dinner (and dropped the idea of ice-skating). The flight was cancelled. My parents stayed home. My older sister and brother want to take me out anyway. I have a cold and my car is under 12-16 inches of snow and I haven't yet uncovered it. If I do and I move the car, the spot will be taken when I return and I will have to shovel again. Bah. Looks like my family-birthday will happen some time after xmas.
