In case you haven't tried this one:
Stand with your arms at your sides, and have someone hold them firmly to your side (tying them there or using a doorway will work to a lesser extent) and then try to raise your arms out horizontally (while the person holding doesn't let your arms move). Do this at medium strength for 30 seconds, then do it with all your might as long as you can last (no more than 15 seconds or so is needed).
Then have your partner let go and relax. Your arms will float up and feel like they levitated on their own.
