This is an interesting Christmas year. My older sister had Christmas with her family at their house this morning and then came to the Cape. My brother had Christmas with his partner's family today and will be coming down tomorrow morning (in time for breakfast he says). My younger sister, her husband, son and I have been here on the Cape since Sunday night. We early arrivers to the Cape haven't done the present opening yet as we are waiting for the ones who already have. Seems slightly unfair right now, but we had a very nice couple of days anyway. I got to spend quality time with my younger sister's family - they live on the west coast and I don't get to see them much. We decorated the tree, played Rumicube, watched her son take his first crawl - after a present, of course. Besides, long ago (39 years to be exact) my older sister and brother had a delayed Christmas due to m arrival in the world. So, I think this year I will refrain from bitching.
