it is very light tea.

About 2 tablespoons of loose herb to almost 1 gallon of water.

Mostly to help the 'busy' factor and lightly tame the nerves..

I do have some dried peppermint herb

what will that do? Besides give me a bunch of energy?

It doesn't give energy like caffeine, but in general it keeps the senses alert. Like the toothpaste it will make you mouth feel clean and help you resist the tobacco.

Well the pissy-ness only lasted about a day ..... maybe a day and a half.

I feel just fine now.
I dont feel angry, frustrated, or anxious to have a smoke.

I have been a little busier the last 2 days and I think that helps alot.

(whew)

no reason.

im just tired of smoking.

it is wierd when you are the only one who smokes.

Besides, I go to such great lengths to not smell like smoke when i am around my clients, that I sometimes go with out a cigarette for almost an entire day
so.......uh.... why AM I smoking ? ya know?

My wife and I both quit smoking. It was one of the best moves we ever made. Congratulations, shewolfnm. I am happy for you.

It's a triumph, isn't it?
I've been smokefree now for six years. Quitting is one of the most important accomplishments of my life.
