I have found an arena for children pretending as adults. Not a single one of you have opened your mouths to say *anything* substantial. Not a single one of you have stepped forward to challenge what I wrote. You scurry to the corner in groups, waiting for the bravest of you to step forward. I am waiting too.

This would mean I'd have to actually read it. I stopped allowing people to preach to me about their religions more then 30 years ago.
Right, the Deity that has nothing but unconditional love for all humanity will righteously burn us all to crisps as a token of that everylasting affection. I mean, how could you MISS with a mission statement like that?
God is love? Not bloody likely. Whatever we cannot easily understand we call God; this saves much wear and tear on the brain tissues.
Fantastic doctrines (like Christianity or Islam or Marxism) require unanimityof belief. One dissenter casts doubt on the creed of millions. Thus the fear and the hate; thus the torture chamber, the iron stake, the gallows, the labor camp, the psychiatric ward.
Um, could I be opinionated? nah.
