Yes; admittedly, a .25 automatic
did not have much stopping power.

However, maybe down in Austrailia,
under the OPPOSITE side of the World,
the laws of physics might be backward,
so that .25 caliber pistols are MORE powerful there
than bigger calibers.

Did I say that ?
My love of the 2nd Amendment does not imply
any lack of support for the First Amendment.

The whole purpose of the forum
is exchange of vu, as far as I understand it.

Sorry pal, I just see a dumb but lucky used car salesman, and another, a victim of a carjacking ,
the story of which had nothing in common with the Lumpian saga.
A big mistake would have been for the gradually stripping guy to attack a gun wielding driver.

Maybe; I have made no judgment on that matter.
It seems to me that the result of a struggle is never predictable.

I wonder if cj or omsig have ever been shot or shot anyone? they sem to have a hard on for it.

I have been shot at, without contact.

Mostly, what I have in mind, is preservation
of PERSONAL FREEDOM of self-defense,
meaning that government shud take no hand
in sabotaging a citizen 's efforts at defense
from the violent depredations of criminals or of animals.

This is a philosophy of rugged INDIVIDUALISM,
based upon self-reliance, and keeping our hireling government on a short leash.
It de-emphasizes society, to the glory of the individual citizen.
It implies a choice between libertarian individualism on one side,
and a Eurpoean flavor authoritarian collectivism on the other,
wherein the individual is held in subjection by the collective,
by society, thru its henchman: government.

I opt for personal freedom;
I encourage
my fellow citizens to join my philosophy

Quote:

I wonder if they know what it smells like or how it burns......
because I can't imagine someones dick getting hard about it like theirs does....

Bear, I have attended many meetings of citizens
in political support of their rights to self-defense
and of the freedom of immediate access to the equipment
that is necessary for the exercise of that right.
During those meetings, over many decades,
I have never heard anyone attribute sexual emotions
to exercise of the right to self-defense.
When I was shot at, I found it mildly humorous;
I cud not help but remember Winston Churchill.

The only people who have raised any question about that
have been people who oppose freedom of self-defense.

I support sexual freedom,
the same as I support the freedom to choose the most flavorful foods to eat,
but neither is related to the right of self-defense,
neither in theory, nor in practice.

The point of self-defense is the defeat of your violent enemy ( human or not )
who endeavors to prey upon u,
and toward that goal, neither the burning nor the smell is important.
David

I might add that I have never heard any soldier, of any army of any century,
nor any police ever describe successful targeting of a violent enemy,
in sexual terms; ONLY anti-gun folks express themselves that way,
assuming that to be the case, with no evidence thereof.

Last night my girlfriend and I had an argument. Of course, I won because I was holding the gun. Now she's locked away in my closet. Don't leave home or even BE home without something that will always prove you right!

OK, will u enlighten us ?

Have YOU ever heard of a soldier
or a police officer tell of becoming sexually aroused
by shooting a bad guy, Farmer ?

This is actually what you said.
Quote:

. There ws never any mentioning in your original statement of becoming "sexually aroused".I believe your just trying to change the premise cause youknow youre all wet.

Yes, Ive heard soldiers refer to targeting, weapons, tactics, etc in sexual terms quite often. Thats why Im amazed that you deny these occurences. Either, as I said before, you live in a "Bubble boy" environment, or youre just fond of prevarication

Ever hear of a "cluster F**k"? The etymology of that phrase is military.
"I can shoot his dick off at 300 yds" was a common boast among our marine escorts when asked about how good they were.

The use of sexual and scatological references is as common in the military and law enforcement as it is in any other profession.

Why not give it up cause if any of the present folks serving would give individual examples, youd be swamped with inuendo . The only reason is probably most of the smart people just try to avoid your threads.
