Meaning no disrespect, dys,
that 's like saying that "the real question is
how many times a week is it reasonable for the Hell ' s Angels
to rape your mother and to sodomize your child ?"

yes or course, I'm sure you have needed to shoot to kill many times to prevent Hells' Angels from raping your mother or to sodomise your daughter.

Well in AZ the only restrictions are bars, federal buildings, schools, and wherever it's posted on private property (stores, malls, etc).
So, those are not "restrictions"?

Of course they are. I was suggesting that those are reasonable and should probably be the only restrictions.

So we as a society should leave it to individuals such as maporsche or david to decide what the rules should be?

Your answer is unresponsive, dys.
I surmise that u did not get the point
that the answer is ZERO as to the number
of times per week that it is "reasonable" for the Hell 's Angels
to rape your mom, or for government to USURP power over u,
violating the instrument that constitutes it.

Another way of saying the same thing
is:
" is government USURPATION of power acceptable and tolerable ? "

If the answer is affirmative,
then the Constitution is nullified, and
those who govern now have authority
as unlimited as Sadam, Stalin or Hitler had it.

Aristotle , as well as Plato, have done more to disregard human/civil rights than any other persons in history. Apparently you have zero knowledge of history.

Dys,
I don 't want to CHANGE the rules.
I want to enforce the original rules as set forth in the Bill of Rights
from the beginning of this republic.
My position is ORTHODOX Founders' philosophy.

More than Karl Marx ?
More than Ulyanov ?
More than Stalin ?
More than Hitler ?
More than Mao ?
More than the Kennedys ?
More than Pol Pot ?

NONE of the Founders ever wrote in favor of gun control.
If u can find even ONE single exception to this then PLEASE point it out.

HOW, pray tell, have I ever deviated
from the ideology of the Founders ?

Dave, this must be a sad day for you. On Nov. 20, 1945, 24 Nazi leaders went on trial before an international war crimes tribunal in Nuremberg, Germany.
