Down home brass:
Seventy-six trombones
And a chesty babe whose hair coloring
Has been enhanced by chemical aid.

Paperback.

Where is our seed?

Apples falling on the ground,
Lying neath a cider sound,
Here we always will be found
It's autumn.

Maple sugar, maple syrup
Old fashioned end of winter
Sweetness.

oh the sweetness of your little home
in evenings when the hearth is warmth
and the nursing child is at your breast
he at the threshold arrived like ulysses

I thought I saw a ship
Like a cloud in the sky
A white sail flickering
Sunlight in my eye
All day I waited
For another sign
But a ship didn't pass
This raft of mine

I thought I saw a ship
Just last night
Somewhere on the horizon
I thought I saw a light
But when the dawn called to me
There was no ship in sight
But I'll look again today
And I'll look again tonight

The stars shine brightly
On the darkened sky
A reminder of tomorrows
Coming light

The moon's pale beams
Stretch across the sea
Twinkling like the stars
That shine for you and me

Breathe! The fog on the glass shows life.
The hearts that beat,
The soul's retreat.

Breathe! Inhale the sweet and the bitter
Both are right
Like day and night.

Breathe!

the raindrops tend to feed
til shoots the tree or weed

Like a hammer pounds the rain
Breaking the silence of the day
Thunder booming, lightening flashing
Then comes the suns ray

Gleaming from the droplets
Still dangling on the leaves
Brilliant, bright, little rainbows
Bringing joy to all who see

Stark reality of bliss,
Nothing to do with love or kiss,
Only in light of deepest pain,
Can we see sunlight through the rain.

Eagle flying ever high,
Bird with power that rules the sky,
No other bird will attempt to take,
The power for their own lifes sake.

power from madness
the shots of a gun
through bottles the beetles run
how negative to splatter
protoplasm
in the name of justice and fun

Shoes whose tongues will never speak,
Well worn leather, strong but meek.
Finding you in closet corner,
I remain a silent mourner.

Hands much power.

November is really a time of change
during these times things can start to feel strange
But we give thanks as it draws towards the end
For being around with family and friends

Transport me to taste bud heaven
Where live delights we owe to leaven
The finest wines and fresh made breads
Makes you hungry, don't it Fred?

Frugal star that hangs above,
Full and stated moon of love,
Gravity and neap tide ocean,
Sweet the feel of soothing lotion
Bathing in the silver notion
Of its rays.

Salty air fills the senses
As the tides wash in and out
Forgetting the day's troubles
Washing away all doubt

Ah the ocean
The wonder it brings
The depth, the length
The things unseen

Only there is solice felt
With stillness all around
The hearts steady beat
Like the waves will pound
