Where the hell is Harry Belefonte?

Out sunning on his yacht?

So much for the poor people of Harlem...

Chavez is an oil pig and a devil.

He does not deserve to step one foot on our soil for what he said about our president...

Chavez can open his big pie hole and talk about "Katrina" and Bush's "failures" (an act of God) but what of how he has oppressed his people his own ACTS not even the acts of an unpredictable God?

The UN is dead... This worthless body is now bought by corruption. Ruled by corruption and the US now holds no REAL accountability to this corrupt body.

That the UN would allow such swine to grace the proud shores of America shows the ineffective and infertile and diseased character of the UN.

The US should demand that other countries pay their share that we have carried over the years to the UN...

And the UN should pay back the oil for food money that they stole from the pockets of Iraqis and Americans. The UN owes the US restitution...

If they want a "cold war" they have one God dammit....

Is this the strategy of the left? Fight the war on terror with ritalin?

Howard Dean I am sure will write us all a prescription?

I find it especially ironic that Rex holds these opinions of others when, in fact, he is stark raving mad also.

I am not mad I am angry and so should you be... Anger is a perfectly natural human emotion.

Harry Belafonte and Cindy Sheehan have done nothing to me. I see no reason to be angered by either of them.
Chavez has expressed an opinion of the United States and of President Bush.
Ahmadinejad has expressed an opinion of the Uited States and of President Bush.
I am neither Bush, nor am I an American.
The disconnect is rather significant.

As a Canadian, I would encourage both of these men to exercise the right of free speech that we value....in the same way that I encourage to continue your rant.

...before writing someone off, invalidating their opinions and perspectives, I prefer to allow them some airtime.
If they continue to demonstrate lunacy, then I am given nothing but information about my enemy, how they think and what makes them tick.
You should be pleased that these men still continue speaking.

You're either contending that your boy Hey-Zeus spoke English before the language existed, or you're attempting to claim that "damn" is a word in Aramaic--either way, you're a liar.

Of course, you are also inferentially saying you are "christ-like," but that sort of egoism from the religious lunatic fringe is never a surprise.

Universities, these days. Too secular. Too liberal. Somebody ought to do something about that.

That may be true, although I don't recall the nuns telling us that in CCD. They did, however, tell us that we could say any swear word we wanted, as long as we didn't take the lord's name in vain. So we could say "dammit to hell, who took my Scooby-Doo lunch box?" but we couldn't say "goddamn, sister, you really wield a mean yardstick!" That would be breaking the second commandment (the third commandment for all you heretics), which, the nuns explained to us, is regarded by the pope as a big no-no.
