Hey folks, Jerry and I have discussed, and think that "food on the fly" recipes will also be considered for the contest and the cookbook, possibly in it's own section. You know those days when you just throw a bunch of stuff together and it turned out amazingly good? You don't need to codify these experiences in a recipe, just mention what ingredients you used, and how you made it, and the dish will go into the contest. Go for it! Very Happy
