Dunno...but I'll bet they had jumpers for goalposts.

Don't worry Steve, you've still won the Premiership this season.

REALLY pleased about the Liverpool result yesterday, as well!

Steve, that was EXACTLY three hours before I was conceived. I therefore think that my father, who was also an ardent Arsenal supporter, was in dire need of some comfort.

Then again, I think I would still have been on the way had Arsenal WON 3-2, as he was a randy old goat who would attempt to get up a frog if it stopped hopping.

It means that they will play with their instruments as planned, unless an unexpected emergency arises which requires their immediate attendance, such as unruly Man U fans causing mayhem in a local pub, because they are not used to the effects of proper strength beer.

This is dire.

This is the uttermost pits of conversational despair.

This is the worship of advertising hoardings.

Half an inch? I thought my sis said you'd all gone metric over there!

I usually get half an inch every day just walking the dog, but that's a whole other story.

I see you found the clean version, DP.

Here's the version I learned as a boy........

Tossin' away upon the hay, I met young Lucy Bailey
I said "My dear, do you often come here?"
She said "Yes of course, twice daily....."

It's been very windy in Prague, as well.

I hope my flight back to London for the weekend will not be too horribly delayed. I wnat to get back to see my girlfriend...not easy, the long distance relationship thing.

Anyway, I've been looking at the snow forecasts and it looks as if the next few days will bring lots of fresh powder to the Alps, which means that next weekend I'll see if I can drive down there and catch some of it.

You have to drive to Switzerland to get cocaine? Rolling Eyes

Laughing I understand they need a special shipment from Colombia to Davos for next weekend's World Economic Forum! Laughing
