Do you guys think it's staged? Looks like it to me -- the mom doesn't have any segue between "what's going on here?!" and "oh what the hell," she just eases in and immediately starts dancing. I guess she could've been watching on another computer?

notice when she first starts stripping how her head always remains front and center toward the camera, while the rest of her twists and turns.

when she does turn to see her mother, it's not a all natural either, all of a sudden she turns her whole head without the body......very bad acting

Hmm, not so sure it is a fake. When you say that she focuses on the cam, and doesn't move her head while moving her body, just remember that she tries to look 'seductive' for her boyfriend (I suppose).
Besides, what do they have to gain by making such a webcam movie? Really? I can't see both females getting anything but a 'bad' rep from this...

no, if you do it in slow motion/pause, you can see that in the 2nd to last second, second 48 she's still looking at the camera, then still in second 48, she suddenly whips JUST her head around...like she knew it was time to turn.

also, any woman trying to look seductive is not going to NOT turn her head in profile while dancing.
