The dog days of summer ended on August 11th. With perfect timing, a cool front pushed down and I was able to open the windows and keep them open last night, with the overnight temps getting down somewhere in the 60's.

sue, temps here are not quite as hot either - comfortable in fact, with nice afternoon breezes. Just woke from a nap, work begins each day at 4:00 a.m. - the weather then is perfect, not to mention there's absolutely no traffic either. Glad you all have gotten some relief from the hot weather.

Dan, none of the administration should be collecting a paycheck. Bushco's policy of non-compliance goes way beyond the pale. The entire administration sounds like a corporate, "non-entity" echo.

Stradee, I just watched the '60 Minutes' segment with Mick Wallace ((thought he was dead!!!)) - ((Not really -big grin)) - in Iran interviewing the Iranian president. My assessment?? The Iranian president is a hellavalot smarter than Pres Bush. But, that isn't hard to believe - having watched and listened to both. Besides, the Iranian president has a Phd - Bush was given his masters by his father.

By the way, the most funny thing, - current pres's college records are available - and, not impressive. His fathers records - the 'first pres Bush's are not to be found anywhere.......... ????? Same school - different results................. It's like he - Herbert Walker Bush - was never there - except for his participation in the 'Scull and Bones'......

I think the internet will expose the truth eventually - and, even H. W. Bush can't stop it...

Dan, isn't the fist time a diplomas been bought for someones kid - but that matters nada now - bushco managed to buy the white house also.

Iran has its own agenda - PhD or not - i trust them as much as i do the bushco clan.

You're right though, after the fact may give people some sense of justice, but the damage done by the administration will be a lot more difficult to mend. Do you know that half the people in the United States still believe that Iraq had WMD? Propaganda issued by those with earned degrees in something - including phd's. Go figure.

Never mind WMDs. I just heard of a survey that indicates a large segment of the public still thinks that Saddam Hussein was involved in 9/11!!

Mike Wallace had just retired but came out of retirement for this interview.

I read someplace this morning that Iranian pres is starting a blog someplace.

Iranian pres knows how to use the media.

sue, they all use the media! It's their job.

Merry, that doesn't suprise me at all.

Bushco's new 'defense' lab will give 'wmd' new meaning.

Not to make you feel guilty or anything, Danon, but I usually click sometime before 6 a.m. local time while the coffee is brewing. That'd be -- what? -- about 4 a.m. your time? Part of my morning routine while checking overnight e-mail. I'm usually up and about by 5 a.m. or so unless it's a weekend or holiday and I can sleep in. Smile

EXTRAGENCY:

is the definition of interagent: n. an intermediate agent

Design, graphics, traffic, statistical reports, etc for building a website - defines keypoints.

There is no dictionary word for 'extragency' found from research.

Could very well be a slang word - ie: 'extragent'.
