An employee who had stayed overnight at a Columbus, Ohio, restaurant
to restock the shelves and clean up acted quickly when two men broke in.

He retrieved a gun and fired, killing one of the intruders. The other fled,
was later captured by police, and charged with aggravated burglary and
murder. (Dispatch, Columbus, Ohio, 7/1/06)
