I presume you mean "Peeping Tom" kind of voyeur.

voyeur/euse [vwajœʀ, -øz]
nom masculin ou féminin
voyeur
peeping Tom

I'd go with "Les Voyeuses" or "Les Femmes Voyeuses", being the feminine forms of "voyeur".
