That's okay. I don't want just any bloke for my daughter, I want someone
who has enough experience to appreciate her.

I'll wager many abortion supporters on this forum haven't the guts nor the intellectual honesty to click all of these links and read the stories in their entirety.

Are you seriously positing the argument that there is no substantial difference in the number of women who end up dead or seriously ill through botched operations when abortion is legal and practiced in bona fide hospitals and clinics, or when they are done secretly in back alleys?

With Rajanna's case pending, abortion opponents won legislative approval of a bill requiring abortion clinics to obtain an annual license from the Department of Health and Environment, hire surgeons as their medical directors and report patient deaths to the state within a day. The measure also mandated that the department set standards for equipment, medical screenings, ventilation and lighting.

But Gov. Kathleen Sebelius, an abortion-rights advocate, vetoed the measure.....

The Cincinnati Enquirer reported on January 11, 2003 that a federal judge ruled that a Dayton, Ohio abortion facility can remain open. The facility is not properly licensed by the Ohio Department of Health.The state health department attempted to close the Women's Med Center of Dayton after the abortion business failed to obtain agreements from nearby hospitals promising to provide emergency medical care if needed following a botched abortion.

The double standard illustrated by abortion proponents on safety regulations is dangerous. They demand the right to abortion but do not want the best possible facilities for the procedure. If they assert that abortion is merely a medical procedure, it is necessary for abortion to be regulated as all other medical procedures. Even restaurants undergo safety and health inspections!Bruce Steir complained about having "nightmares about [his] loss of freedom" and having to endure 12 hours in a police van and 3 days in jail "was absolutely horrible." However, Sharon Hamptlon is dead.

The following are actual documented cases of women killed or injured by abortion. It may be legal, but it's sure not safe. Each woman's case is documented in Mark Crutcher's book, Lime 5. Sources for these deaths and injuries include public records such as medical records, coroners' reports, court documents and other public documents. In this book alone, Crutcher documents more than 230 cases of women who died or were injured from their abortions.......

Preborn baby's bones and tissue left in vagina and uterus.

"Tamera" (North Dakota)
Emergency hysterectomy to stop hemorrhaging.

"Debra" (Illinois)
Intra-abdominal abscesses that required a colostomy.

"Latonya" (California)
Hepatitis B due to unsanitary abortion equipment.
