did ya hear? they convicted Lay on ALL counts, and Skilling on a lot of his!
I believe they will be sentenced later.
Are they in jail now, or out on bail? How come Lay (I saw him on the TV News) was able to make a public statement about how he disagreed with the verdict and oh-how-innocent he was?
Why was that allowed?
Apparently they can expect sentences which basically amount to life. Pretty hard to feel sorry for them. Quite a fall for old "Kenny boy"
Well now he's dead.
Recently, he described himself as having achieved "the American nightmare" so that's a small consolation I suppose. I hope the government and creditors han get ALL of the assets back which his successors now hold.
