went shopping this morning and picked up everything we needed for a splendid meal - with "leftovers"
for two more days :
a nice slice of halibut , some marinated catfish , tailpiece - my fav- of salmon , new potatoes , some local bok choi , side salad with tomatoes fresh from our garden , glass of V8 .
for dessert we had red currants from the garden (marinated
in cointreau) with a spoonful of frozen yoghurt - yummy !
