@ehBeth,
We have been busy. There is something going on almost every day of the week.

I've found quite a few quick and easy recipes on Pioneer Woman's website Razz

@jcboy,
I made 1 3/4" medallions of pork tenderloin. I brined em in a salt and brown sugar mixture, and did a "Terry Yaki" sauce. Sauteed em for 3 minutes pwr side. They were seqre an moist and deliciou. Mrs F made fried brussel sprout halves with capers. A baked yam, badabing.
It was great.

Had some cara cara orange slices for dessert.
Everything portion controlled and diet friendly.

Ive gone from 234 to 185 in about a year and Im back to hiking daily
I feel bad that Ive not done any snowshoeing this winter. Its really been a weird warm winter

@panzade,
Tonight the Rican is making boneless pork chops.

Monday night is date night. Elena watches the kids and the Puerto Rican and I go out to dinner.

The waiter recommended the calamari, I love calamari but I should have looked at the menu first. I never would have ordered it had I known it was beer battered calamari.

After that we ordered the Ahi Tuna, crab lobster bisque and the shaved Brussels sprout salad. Everything besides the calamari was delicious.

@ehBeth,
OK, I'm envious... I haven't been to an Ethiopian restaurant since I left LA back in 1999.

Last night we went out for some Asian food. Chicken egg rolls, curry duck noodles, lettuce wraps and kimchi fried rice. We’ve been there several times and everything on the menu is delicious.

@jcboy,
I just got back from the market where I found some nice steaks and fresh asparagus. Going to panfry the steaks in butter and garlic.

Last night the Rican and I went out to dinner. Asian Cuisine. We ordered the curry meatballs, Guo tie pot stickers, grilled chicken skewers and the green papaya and shrimp salad, everything was delicious.
