Well, you two can work that out. Meantime, I have leftover green chile salsa in the freezer that is fantastically tasty, so I've been checking out green chile tortilla soup recipes. Stay tuned.

No I won't - the one I actually saved is the least interesting.
The one from someone's blog was best, but what blog? I failed to click save, I guess.
Ah well, much of what they go on about is already done with what is the leftover salsa from the pork recipe. The trick is how to handle the tortilla part, no big deal.

Went to Taco Bus for lunch with coworkers. I am disappointed! $10 for 2 disappointing tacos with WAY TOO MUCH cilantro, runny refried beans, and boring rice. My large Diet Coke was the only part of the meal that didn't make Baby Jesus cry.

I'll be making the meatloaf when I get home, I talked with my cooking teacher and she told me I should know how to make a meatloaf without looking at a recipe Confused

Okay so my teacher said to do it without looking at a recipe, only way I’ll learn. So this is what I did. It looks nasty but it smells good!

Sautéed an onion, garlic and celery. In a bowl I mixed an egg, breadcrumb, Parmesan cheese and milk. Mixed it altogether with the meat, put slices of tomatoes on top then ketchup.

Meatloaf has a workable mode, but is also very elastic.
