Hey, I got a frying pan just like that. As a matter of fact, this is my night to clean it. Unlike many, I don't feel a need to clean it every week. In fact, the residue seems to add a certain character to subsequent meals.

Our best friends invited us over for dinner tonight, they served grilled chicken breast, green beans and a nice salad. We had a wonderful evening.

Spaghetti tossed with garlic, chili flakes & sliced button mushrooms which had been gently fried in olive oil. Then tossed with lots of chopped fresh parsley from the garden.
LOTS of garlic ... the real thing! A gift from a friend who's a friend of an Italian garlic grower.
Yum, that was such a good feed! Very Happy
(I must be careful not to breath on anyone tomorrow.)

I’m browning a nice roast for Sunday din din. I’ll be slow cooking it for about 4 hours. We will be having mashed potatoes, gravy and carrots with it.

I took my parents out last night for their anniversary. My dad and I had the 14 ounce filet mignon and my mom had seared ahi tuna. Fried calamari appetizer. Key lime pie and peanut butter mousse pie desserts. And there goes my food budget for the month lol. But it was so damn good.

I'm running a bit late for dinner.
Just got a fish lasagna into the oven.
My kitchen is a bit of a mess after the preparations.
Never mind, it will be really welcome when it's ready!
