LOL yes we still have a bowl of that damn candy from Easter hanging around, I need to throw it out Smile

I’m now sautéing the mushrooms and artichokes, din din is almost ready.

Mix in a little pseudo ham in the sauté and din din is served.

Jane he's come a long way with his cooking class. When we first moved in together I had to explain the temperature of the oven and the clock we're two separate devices.

He loves that boy. Antonio now calls him daddy as well. I thought Morgan was going to cry when he first heard him say it.

It was quite tasty, today I’m thinking of roasting a chicken. Maybe cut up some potatoes and put them in the bottom of the pan so they absorb the juices from the chicken. For a veggie maybe some sautéed spinach.

My cooking teacher said don’t be afraid to experiment so I’m not anymore. I just go with it.

The fresh spinach looked nasty so I decided to go with fresh asparagus instead.

I'm all for that. Some things fail but many don't and your cooking gets more, um, elastic, even adventurous. I think it's fun.

Meantime, I may have to come back to a2k shortly and post a microwave question. I somehow changed it to display number of cups (whaaaat?) instead of time and neither my fooling around with the buttons to change it nor my reading the directions that came with it do me a bit of good. So, off to google, before I'm forced to reheat my coffee in a pot on the stove.

The potatoes are almost ready to drop in the bottom of the pan. Then I will sauté the asparagus in butter and garlic.

I brought the chicken out to baste it, the potatoes are cooking in the juices. We may be having din din early as I forgot chicken doesn’t take as long to cook as a turkey does..

Antonio has softball practice this week so I’m making a jumbo chocolate raisin bar, the small ones in the cups are especially for Antonio.
