Chook is chicken, I gather, Margo? Those desserts make my mouth water.

Right again, mackenzie. Nice little bisto place it was, and not too expensive.

Thinking I'll do a soup from the sieved stock from the corned beef, the just right potatoes that went with that, a bit of fresh cabbage, and raid the leftover bowl of 'turkey sausage and pearl onion gravy" for the sausage and the pearl onions. Saving all that leftover corned beef (turned out well) for sammiches.

We'll be over by Honest Ed's, on our way to a lecture and concert. The best options are Syrian and Korean. Will decide once we're there.

A late lunch of the famous pancakes at my favourite Vietnames cafe today. Delicious, as always. (One day I must try something else on the menu there!)

So just a light dinner tonight. Vegetable soup with a toasted & buttered ciabatta roll with slices of Edam cheese on top.

(Mr Nice, I love your avatar. It's great fun! Very Happy )
