In Mass. It is now against the law not to be protected by health insurance.
Guns are health insurance.
In Colonial America, in keeping with the spirit of modern mandatory seatbelt laws,
it was against the law to go to church unarmed. (Statutes of Virginia Colony 1631)
Shud mandatory gun control be enacted,
such that every citizen is required to be well armed
against criminal and animal depredations at all times ?
Nothing of that nature should be mandatory, not even health insurance. Certainly not seat-belt laws. And I have a feeling that the new Mass. law will turn into a debacle.
