@farmerman,
I just read this, farmer.
Oh a beautiful new black cat! Very Happy (I love black cats! Izzie's is just beautiful!)
So, are you going to tell us a bit more?
I know absolutely nothing about Bombay cats. Did you specifically choose that breed?
How old is she?
How is she fitting in with your other cats?
Any particular TidTat idiosyncrasies you've noticed yet?
I wish you could send a photograph!

After a few finishing touches, checkpoint Able will be complete, as
soon as the rain we're having lets up.

I found use for some large flat stones that were lying about, waiting
for suitable placement, as steps toward the edge of the yard.

@neko nomad,
It's good to have such attentive on-the-job supervision.

Stops things going awry!

New Yorkers create their catios for housebound cats.

@margo,
Yup, cats are good at supervising, especially from high up, if at all possible!

Miss Molly's job description is quality and security monitor; nothing
out of the ordinary escapes her scrutiny here at the Nomads.

Here she's on her way to position herself at Outpost Dog after a good breakfast
until lunchtime, when she'll show up at the back door to wait to be let in.

It's just another day.

@neko nomad,
Very Happy

Fond greetings to you & Ms Molly, neko.

Always enjoy your photographs of Molly going about her daily business in your garden. (As well as shots of you-know-who, of course! Wink )

Erm...my two (now one) cats had constant access to a non-wired in balcony/patio and never jump or fall.

Are NY cats dumber, or their owners more anxious?

THis is way cool, though:

Well, I should jolly well hope so - or we'll set the fighting cats on to you!

My Dog was called Arguï Lura and she liked cats. Not fighting cats, but sweet ones like our PF mr. Kitten, Rey del Cielo.

@Pepijn Sweep,
Arguï Lura sounds like my type of dog, PepI !

Do you have any photographs of mr. Kitten & Rey del Cielo?

You are most welcome, encouraged even (!), to post them here.

We will drool over them, I promise! Smile

But I really hope so! Smile

@neko nomad,
I bet Miss Molly was a trained former CIA agent or Army Special Forces - Ranger, non?

Either way, even I feel extra safe looking at that photograph knowing she's out there hunting down the your neighborhood terrorists and villains.

Many NYC cat and dog owners are so neurotic they make Wood Allen look like Buddha in terms of rock steadiness and emotional coolness.

Does this make their cats suicidal?
