Once you are able to replace "god" with "nature," you'll have a better grasp of life on this planet.

Dear Cicerone... one of the scholar says

''The imaginary and insubstantial thing that Naturalists call Nature, if it has an external reality, can at the very most be work of art; it cannot be the Artist. It is an embroidery, and cannot be the Embroiderer. It is a set of decrees; it cannot be the Issuer of the decrees. It is a body of the laws of creation, and cannot be the Lawgiver. It is but a created screen to the dignity of God, and cannot be the Creator. It is passive and created, and cannot be a Creative Maker. It is a law, not a power, and cannot possess power. It is the recipient, and cannot be the source.'' BSN

Nature is only law .. and can not do anything. It has no power. There is a lawyer called as a GOD.

Thank you. Nature just is. That lawyer called god deserves all the vitriolic jokes about lawyers - BTW.

Working towards it, but no definite plans.

If you were to truly know the mind of god I would argue you would be the equivalent of a god. Which is why I find the verbiage some spout about god to be the height of anthropomorphic hubris.

Verbiage:
An excess of words for the purpose; wordiness.

Anthropomorphic:
Attribution of human motivation, characteristics, or behavior

Hubris
Overbearing pride or presumption; arrogance
yes agree define height

do you think I dont understand those words?

By putting the meaning down, I intend no insult, I sometimes like to define my terms, allow me my modest idiosyncrasies.

We're here to praise God. If He said "praise me" and made everyone praise him it'd be like squeezing a teddy bear that tells you it loves you. How much more does it mean when we go through trials and tribulations>
