My Grandfather worked for the B&O railroad (Baltimore and Ohio). When it all came to an end, we were given some china and table cloths that had been used in the dining car.

The tablecloth has the B&O insignia embossed in the center. I think it's beautiful, but it's not really very valuable. I checked eBay once, but I'd rather keep it than sell it. The cloth is extraordinary, it's sturdy, stays white and I can still launder it if I have to spruce it up. I doubt anyone will know the significance after I'm gone, somebody will be using it to polish their rims.
