Now even Im posting about religion. Face it people, Im pretty sure that we made God up to keep us from freaking out at the concept of being alone with a finite life. The whole concept seems good enough for the Jews, so why cant the Christians of the A2k family just live a good life , keep their rules and SHUT UP.
In truth, most of the religious threads are started by the non-religious.
There has been an influx of very religious people lately. It's annoying as hell, ain't it?

I have to agree with Intrepid and Husker. It seems most of the threads in the Spirituality & Religion Forum are started by those claiming to be non-religious.
Don't spoil my fun, I'm Canadian, and as your government will tell you, we are all godless heathen beer drinkers! Not only that, but I get to taunt you guys about your right wing religious wacko pres. Burning Bush who spouts such wonderful drivel as ""the jury is still out" on evolution.
The religious have descended in droves. Post a thread called "I am an atheist" and most respondents are Christians.

Might be edgar, but I think usually equals itself out.
I'm Canadian too and I have never been called a Godless, heathen, beer drinker. I have, however, been called many other things.
God Bless America, but God help Canadians to understand them.
Just reflect on this for a few minutes - CDK and company has made this site such that google picks up on topics pretty fast - in the search engine world. So now add the abundant quanity of topics for religion and many people out in the cyber world search for religious discussions - wham bam - influx
