But who said anyone has to be at blame? It's part of life. Things happen. Doesn't mean anyone has to be to blame.
Should we blame the miners because they were miners? Should be blame the mining company for mining the mine?
Who is to blame when someone has a heart attack? The person because they might not have eaten right or smoked? Who is to blame for a cribdeath? Who?

According to the logic of pat it would be for making holes in the ground.
I personally like pat. I think that he has wonderful ideas, and that he brings people together to share in such wonderful well thought out beliefs. He shows the Godlyness of all people and he cares for everyone equally.
