Ah, wayfarer, the best pate' I had came from Hungary and was all wrapped in a block of fat to protect it. My Patti makes a pate' from chicken livers that is very close in flavor to the Ungarishes.

I am still really "goosed" from yesterday. Tonight is a crown roast with mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, and tons of leftovers.

I have to begin walking again...............can't let all the good food stick for too long. Then it doesn't want to go away. GRIN
