Once you're temporarily free, you're temporarily free.

Let your brother make all his important decisions when you won't be there to pick up the pieces.

Enjoy your free time! You've earned it.

Hi Noddy, Now I play the dietitian role, enough with nurse part.

You are right, I guess I could use another ride to the desert or the

mountains  . Or maybe later when he starts to get back to his

normal life again.

Navigator: Certainly,if you live close to anything like that, that's another good way to take a break.
By yourself,or with friends,go on an expedition to
a place you've never been before,or at least haven't been in a long time. Is it possible to go camping in those areas? Or maybe a picnic?
Anyway, treat yourself as well and with as much
care as you do your family. You deserve it !

A change is as good as a rest--and you need some time off (and even away) from your demanding family.

Hold your dominion.
