OKOK, what did the euros do today?

First we got up pretty early and went down to Sebastian Inlet State Park to to watch a surfing competition, awesome! Will go there tomorrow too, before we go to Vero Beach for Panzade's gig.

After the surfing competition we picked Rae and Misti up for dinner on the waterfront, to see a...

ROCKET LAUNCH!!!!!

Now talk about awesome, I've never seen anything as spectactular as a rocket launch.. Sorry that you missed it, Roger, I've ordered one for you too, but delivery is in mid-May only... sorry, buddy.

What a great night! Dinner was awesome but the company was out of this world! With a rocket launch to boot!

I think we may need to rethink this annual gathering and make it at least twice a year!

The plan tomorrow.....Mom has to work, Stefan and Ursula are going to Sebastian and then Panzade's concert and I have to work from six until midnight ~ oh joy!

Stefan and I (hopefully Ursula, too) are going fishing sometime next week at the Cocoa Beach Pier ~ same place I caught my three huge red fish a few months ago.

Hey ~ I'm broke! I gotta feed these people somehow!

Roger, Joanne and Panzade ~ can't wait to see ya'll ~ hurry up already!

I know you are Roger!

Dougy is coming up this weekend and he can't wait to meet you! Just one tip ~ don't offer to take him just anywhere because he'll pick Disney Wofld.

Not only will Mom not go, but it's too expensive We'll figure out something fun to do. Very Happy

Roger! Disney is WAY too expensive ~ we're talking over two hundred dollars for four people just to get in the place. And Mom has already said that she won't go. We'll figure something out. Dougy is pretty cool just to hang out with ~ he loves asking questions and being around adults.

No Disney! I mean it!

Had a lovely time with Big Dice and Urs at our street fest last night. Went to The Patio restaurant afterwards and yukked it up. It was 241 night and BD and I put some liquor down. DO NOT! I repeat, DO NOT get into a drinking contest with BD. It is an excercise in futility. Ursula was kind enough to let us practice our broken German with her. A lovely couple. Here's a group mug shot:

Hi jjorge!

Don't worry margo, we'll be having a drink for everyone who wanted to be here and couldn't!

I've just finished preparing everything that can be done in advance for the bar-b-que tomorrow. Macaroni salad, potato salad, baked beans, etc.

I hope everyone remembers to BRING THEIR OWN BOOZE!!!!! Drunk

We will be taking lots of pictures tomorrow and get them up quickly so everyone can vicariously join in on the fun!
