Ok guys! ROUND UP TIME!!!

As it seems we have a weekend set out for some fun on the Space Coast, and the dates are April 16, 17, and 18... and now we wanna who's coming?

I'll start with the obvious ones:

Rae
Misty
Urs53
Bigdice67
aka me in this post

Please do not hesitate, we're gonna have some of Rae's delicious lasagna, and BBQ, and whatnots!

We had a blast last year, and I think it could happen again! Let's show them californians how to cook up a party!!! They're at it a weekend earlier than us...

Our numbers have dwindled to almost a handful, but we're also waiting for more confirmations. I think we're looking at about 10-max.

That sounds like a very manageable size, we were 9 last year, which meant everybody found time for everybody!

Early in the planning stages, we had about 25 to 30 people interested. Maybe it's just as well; I'll be able to take some people on some interesting side trips to the wine country and Jelly Belly candy factory in Fairfield, some to Sausalito and Muir Woods, and possibly some to the Charley Brown/Ripley Museums in Santa Rosa. We also have the Golden Gate Park, Golden Gate Bridge, Chinatown, Japanese Town, Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, and a whole slew of art galleries and great restaurants. We also have the Winchester Mystery House and Rosecrucian Egyptian Museum in San Jose (about 45 miles south of San Francisco.

Oh you guys, I'll really miss you this year. We are really looking forward to San Francisco, but the gathering last year made me want more. I hope we can do it next year if you decide you want another gathering.

Love to you all. SMOOCH!!

I would consider stopping in for some lasagna, but there's a real danger my arch-enemy, Occom Bill, might be there and the two of us would end up getting into a fistfight and spoiling the party for everyone.

Let me know of Bill's decision so I can make mine.

Well gus, what I've heard so far is that Mr. Bill is a good guy on his own turf... I'm not so sure what could happen if we mix in Mr. BiPolarBear as well, since he murmured something 'bout a southern karaoke tour...

Since I bring some ladies, gus, y'all can leave your Matildas and Gretas at home, ok, then there won't be any competition about yer honeys, would that be ok, Gus?

gus, Don't worry about bill showing up at the Florida Gathering. He's off to Costa Rica shortly, and his eyes are not even directed toward the east coast. Wink

bigdice's quote, " which means we have 11340 prospects, as I write this post..." I like your optimism, bigdice. Wish I had some of that here on the west coast. Wink
