I am still digging for stuff on how to better eat and get my life under control. I am wondering how much of certain stuff is recommended per day. Like they say 20% of your calories per day should be from fat. In my case, 10% but what about protein? Carbs? Can you point me to some good solid informaton on this? Or what would I google to get some results?
I found this and wow, I eat badly, even when I think I am eating well.
