We've most definitely got a right-wing Christian coalition trying to make a go of it here in Canada. They are trying to apply the lessons learned in the U.S. here. There's a chance they'll increase their parliamentary standing in the next election. It frightens me. Enough so that I've stopped being polite, and stepping around it, IRL.

Ehbeth, could you elaborate on that?

"Statements by homosexual activist Eleanor Brown should give us cause for some concern. Brown, a columnist for a pro-homosexual website, admits that the real purpose behind hate crimes legislation is to silence the church. hehehe I meant the Christian Coalition that CI was talking about. Not that it fits in this thread, but I think that Stephen Harper is a big help to the Liberals. I am tired of the whole lot of them right now. Laughing

It is a Christian school that has a mission statement. Academics can choose to attend or not to attend based on what the school is. What is your point? Heterosexuals are also forbidden to engage in sexual acts in most schools.

If that is the case why do I have to step around the discarded condoms in my parking lot every morning?

Forbidden is one thing. Adherence is quite another. Laughing

BTW - How do you know whether they were left by homosexuals or heterosexuals? Shocked

The codes of conduct are too numerous to list here. If you choose to consider this a crock, then that is your privilege and your usual tack. I made a statement which you can believe or not believe. The choice is yours and of no consequence to me.

Interesting that you didn't ask for the same proof from talk 72000 Shocked

Which is, of course, your "usual tack." You're tedious--if you care so little, why have you responded?
