Yes...they absolutely do...otherwise there is no reason for them to believe what they see...Or there is no reason for them to reject or do not believe what they see...
Meaning, there is no reason for them to think that what they see is the truth opposed to rejecting it is true...unless they are believing what they are seeing, and understand why they believe what they are seeing...
Likewise, you can not see any single thing and then think it is true or truth, unless you believe it is...Or you can not reject something that one has never seen, unless one rejects beliefs because they have never seen what they or others believe...You are believing it is the truth, or rejecting to believe it is the truth, because one has seen it...Or because one knows that they have never seen it...and believes it...
