The Perfect Dress
Jennifer's wedding day was fast approaching.
Nothing could dampen her excitement - not even her parents' nasty divorce.
Her mother had found the PERFECT dress to wear
and would be the best-dressed mother-of-the-bride ever!
A week later, Jennifer was horrified to learn that her father's new
young wife had bought the exact same dress! Jennifer asked her to
exchange it, but she refused. "Absolutely not. I look like a million
bucks in this dress, and I'm wearing it," she replied.
Jennifer told her mother who graciously said, "Never mind sweetheart.
I'll get another dress. After all, it's your special day."
A few days later, they went shopping and did find another gorgeous
dress. When they stopped for lunch, Jennifer asked her mother," Aren't
you going to return the other dress? You don't really have another
occasion where you could wear it."
Her mother just smiled and replied, "Of course I do dear. I'm wearing
it to the rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding!"
Haha, that's great! Can you imagine, how the new wife
would be turning into a spitting fury after she attended the
rehearsal dinner. I love it!!!
oh yeah!
the mom in that joke is awesome.
the men reading this are now going OK.......what's the funny part?
I think, this joke is not exactly intended for men, dys.

Bhai, Tension Nahi Leneka!- Circuit
I got it right away . . . does that mean there's something wrong with me?
Probably, but we all forgive you your little foibles.

Nunya, Wolfwoman, nunya . . .
Someone care to explain it to me....
just a hint perhaps...
This made me think of that movie Monster in Law.
I think the mother in law actually wears a white dress (that looks like a wedding dress) to the wedding trying to upfront the bride. Quite amusing.
I have not seen that movie, but I want to.
is it really.. cheesy?
jennifer lopez is an awful actress.. but a horrid mother in law will tickle my funny bone really well i think.. hehe

Nothing is more offensive to a woman of style than to see someone else wearing the same dress or outfit. When the father's new wife bought the same dress as bride's mother, and insisted that she would wear it to the wedding, it was a declaration of "style war" on the mother. But if the mother of the bride wears that dress to the rehearsal dinner, which takes place before the wedding, the father's new wife would just look like a style idiot to then wear that dress to the wedding.
Final score: Bride's Mother-infinity, New Wife-zip.
