<bigBIGsigh>
Piffka once asked (roughly translated here) if the guy I was dating (then) was a good one and whether he was good "out of the box" or if he'd been trained that way by former girlfriends/wives. I bristled at her comments then, but they have some relevance here. I think that men can be very different before and after they are in serious/committed relationships.
Good guys don't get dumped.
That simple.
Mikey, I've dumped quite a few good guys. Sometimes it happens.
Anyone can get dumped.
Thanks for all the posts, everybody.
But don't worry, grlhwood. Like I said, I'm not about to approach a married person that way. Especially one with five kids! I mean, how married can you get?!!
It actually just did me good to know that there are good men out there. Coz' there have been times, when I've really had to wonder.
I know the problem is, I just haven't been trying hard enough to find them. I liked some of your suggestions, though. My church has dinners and get-togethers sometimes -- I'll have to look into that. (I just hope everybody doesn't turn out to be married -- with five kids!)
I also like the Home Depot classes idea. My mother's been after me to do that -- I never even thought about that being a good place to look for a man! Hmmm....I could even learn something too!
Oh, and Dag -- I liked your idea about the tracking device too!
