Cool, looking forward to it!

joe, it looks like I'll be picking you up from the train. Let me know which train you're on and I'll meet you.

Thanks again JPB, Joe and Sublime for dinner and making the drive. I had a very good time and wish we could do it more often. Hope you're making it home safe!

I don't want to hear farewell - we'll have new places to meet, some of us, and then other of us.

It sounds like the next big one is going to be in NY. I'm thinking I'll let JoeNation buy me dinner at around that time.

If this would happen at the time when I'm around there [I just updated my US flight to business class], I might consider to pay the drinks from the soda fountain

Nope... when JPB got done dancing on the bar; she opened the camera and exposed all the film. Sad

Nothing really much to tell. 4 old friends got together for dinner and had a good time. The Water Street Brewery is a nice place, tons of tasty homemade Brew and an enormous collection of beer memorabilia. We had a decent meal, laughed and gossiped for about 3.5 hours, hugged and parted as friends. Since we had all hung out together a couple times before, there was nothing really monumental about it... and if anyone brought a camera, they must have forgot. We did talk about the New York gathering, ehBeth, and your anticipated presence is part of what I'm looking forward to there, if I can make it.

I must say that I am very moved that the three of them would take the time out of their lives, and drive through a "whiteout" just to see little old me. Embarrassed Easily 3 of the coolest people I've ever had the pleasure of calling my friends, and my estimation of Chicago goes up with each visit... not that I won't still be enjoying it when the Pack waxes that A$$ again this year.

Ditto, and I'm incredibly lucky to be able to see 2 of these 3 regularly. We'll miss having you close by Bill.

And -- yes jw, you should definitely join us. And if you keep posting pictures of me, I'll find a way to get back at you.

And, you how could this not be your favorite picture of the gathering?
