I'm at the corner of Washington and LaSalle, across the street from city hall. The dining options in this part of the Loop are not all that interesting, but I'm more than willing to go anywhere in the downtown area.

J_B: we can discuss specifics of a trip to the Green Mill at lunch. Check out their website and see if there's anything there that interests you.

I want to live in Chicago. I want to be part of the group that chases J_B around the restaurant table, groping, grabbing, clutching, listening to J_B giggle as she tries to escape the grasp of the lecher.

I want to be there.

Is that too much to ask?

J_B, what in the hell are you doing hanging around A2K this time of the day?

Don't you have a job?

I do, but I own the company so I get to play whenever I want to. Besides, starting tomorrow I'm on vacation for a week. Very Happy

and I don't giggle... at least I don't think I do.

When I saw J_B in Chicago, I never thought her to be the "giggling" type.

Ok, maybe not the giggling type.

But I bet she snorts.

CI (or Eva or Osso), do you remember the name of the place we all had lunch before the ladies split for the airport?

JW, do you have any preferences?

Sorry, I just came back from my parent's house. My father fell but he is okay now.

It sounds like joe and I work on opposite edges of the Loop. I work one block west of the Hancock Building. It sounds like you (J_B) would probably be somewhere around the Art Institute. I have no preferences but the Wabash place sounds equidistant for everyone (except Gus). Maybe we should let Gus decide. Smile

Sorry to hear about your father, JW. I hope he's alright. I can be at Water Tower Place just as easily as I can be at the Art Institute and joe said he would hoof it. Do you have a favorite spot?

The place recommended by osso, c.i., and walter is at 225 N. Wabash. That is about seven blocks from me and probably about the same distance for joe.

South Water Kitchen sounds fine with me. I've never been there before.

Time?

Before noon to beat the rush, after 1:00 to avoid the rush, or right at midday all work for me.

I'll be taking the train in, arriving at 11:18. I can walk straight to the restaurant, or I can shop along State St for a bit.

1:00p.m. sounds good to me. We may need to let joe decide (as an attorney, he may have a tighter schedule).
