I wonder whether Cafe du Monde in New Orleans survived Katrina.
Oh, for a New Orleans style cafe au lait (brewed with chicory)
and a beignet (a kind of square doughnut covered in powdered sugar)!

That's just how we decorate the table for normal guests - we are awaiting your special orders - for music to be played as well (you can choose out of 200 New Orleans/Dixie style cd's [in the cabinets in the back] plus the same number in oldies and varia :wink: ).
