Ostracizing white people is all the rage these days. Natives doing native things. It is all over tv and at Wal-Mart these days.

Kinda makes me wanna pound sand, ya know?

They unloaded the expensive commercials during the first half. The second half was relatively commercial free.

Which days are these days? Because the "white people" have been complaining for a lot of days, many of which could not realistically be characterized as "these".

But on the plus side, because they've been crying about threats to their supremacy for so many days, the "white people" will have a copious supply of literature for others who are just coming to discover their ostracization.

Neither offense could get into a rhythm after their opening drives. The combined 15 punts was 6 short of the SB record, but Seattle also hit 5 field goals. The game was very conducive to commercial breaks.

I enjoyed the game; enjoyed the outcome; and I am completely baffled by 95% of all commercials these days. Mostly, I cannot even figure out what most are selling.

I am really an old fart now.

@SpiritualSecession1,
Speaking as a white man I do not want to be reminded I'm the same colour as vermin like you.

@thack45,
We who tuned in to watch a football game just might not agree.

Hasn't that always been the case with American Football?

45 minutes without a break isn't conducive, and was seen as one of the reasons Football never took off in America as it has almost everywhere else.

@izzythepush,
I can only really compare NFL games against each other. It certainly felt like the super bowl had more breaks than eg the divisional playoff games. In fact there were a few times during the super bowl where the network didn't even go to break between drives – a good indicator of a slog game.

Most of the time though I'll record a game I want to watch, then start watching an hour later so I can fast-forward through most of the commercials, so I might not actually be the best judge here.

I also enjoy watching the NHL playoffs, and the stretches between commercials are noticably longer than NFL games.

Speaking as a white person to another person (color unknown), it must be very empty to live in your skin.
