What can you do about what? What is your problem/issue/concern? That another guy is stepping up as a dad for your son? That she doesn't inform you of all the activities planned? She doesn't have to, unless the custody order says so. She can have friends, a boyfriend, etc., same as you. If you had a girlfriend, she'd be around your son, too.
What exactly is your issue?
