i think he was not entirely truthfull. getting blisters in those areas especially the front would hurt! Crying or Very sad

Ok, gotta admit, my favorite TV chef is me....although I looked like crap, TV adds so many pounds Embarrassed, my TV spot on 'Daytime' in Toronto was a good one last December, despite being pre-empted in my market for some govt. assembly nobody cared about....

Anyway, did a lovely black olive tapenade-crusted grilled lamb loin served with lamb consomme, steamed artichokes stuffed with Tuscan-style white beans, and root vegetable julienne.

I was thinking, Cav, that you could do a whole topic on that meal...I for one would love to hear more...

about the meal and the rewards and the difficulties. I am intrigued by the white beans in the artichokes...did that work out?? I can see it working, and I can see it not working...
