Is there any wet-hulled process coffee outside of Indonesia?

I really like coffee out of Indonesia. Learning about it, it seems to me that the process the beans go through post-harvest is responsible for the unique flavor profile.

Does anyone know whether there is, for example, Central/South American coffee that is wet-hulled?

Also, is there any Indonesian coffee that is bird-friendly?
