Lord Ellpus
Lord Ellpus, what are you going to do with these brilliant Vingettes you've posted. They should have a wider audience that just A2K.

Would you look at that picture of Droitwich Manor again? Poor Ellpus! Not a stick of decent furniture in the entire Great Hall! They must have sold everything to pay for this vacation!

What say we all pitch in and redecorate for them in their absence?

Look, here's a nice shop that has a good selection of chairs and case goods. I wonder if they have any overstuffed wing chairs? Lord and Lady will need a couple next to the fireplace, I think. Yes, chairs first.

I like the textiles very much, Osso. You have a good eye (despite your troubles). So...shall we combine period furniture and contemporary fabrics? I think they would like that. Very comfortable but still elegant and appropriate for the manor...is that what you're thinking, too?

or does he have to purchase a bottle of baby oil, throw her over a rickety table and finger-paint to her hearts desire?

Wow! It's nice to know that people are enjoying my sufferings. I'm sorry about the long, drawn out way of posting my diary, but I am having to sit in Court most of the working day for the next week or so. I actually wrote yesterdays post in longhand, looking very official al the time....so I suppose everyone thought I was writing another urgent report or something.......if they only knew!

Three more days to go. I dont know when they'll arrive though.

Are you going to wear the pink outfit again? and if so, can you post a picture here. I've been having some trouble doing a no. 2 and I'm sure that will make me crap my pants.

Most importantly now:
Did Spanky get to fulfill his marital obligations?
Was the athlete's foot powder an aphrodisiac or a deterrent?

Inquiring minds want to know!

Lord Ellpus' Holiday Diary
Greetings A2Kers,and M'lord Ellpus :

This is my first post, but i must say,Lord E,that your recounting of your
holidays is outstanding ! Really and seriously, your tales should be published more widely than just in A2K ! Give the rest of the world what we're enjoying reading !!

Re: the "naughty beagle" incident. In my humble experience,
beagles won't be naughty if they are taken out regularly, walked regularly,
and most of all, stroked, petted and loved daily. <grin>

Regards,

lindatw

I think Ellpus is the one who could do with a bit of regular stroking, petting and loving.

Quick, does anyone have a Beagle costume to loan to Lord Ellpus?

No? But I did find a photo of a Beagle dressed up as a Bee.

A Beagle suit for Lord E
A cute beagle suit can be made from a pair of brown sweatpants,
matching hooded sweatshirt, and the addition of floppy ears,a tail,
and some dapples of black color !!!

Does Lady E sew ??? <grin>

P.S.: the beagle photo is adorable !

If you like I will post the pictures I found in Stray Cats Bristro in the General section. I don't want to post them here, and mess up Lordies thread. Unless he says it's ok; or maybe he has some already.

Did he pose for those pictures? Yes, yes, post them here. He won't mind. Oh he may stamp his ballet pumps a bit and pirouette in anger, but he'll get over it.
