I actually enjoy cooking and since I'm still working from home it makes it so much easier to prepare the meals. The Puerto Rican works out of the house and doesn't have to time to cook. He's down to working ten hours a day now and when he gets home he spends time with the kids so I'm in the kitchen.
Yes, I love cooking, too, especially if it's not North American. We both prefer some heat in our food and he does some cooking (calderita, tamales, pulled pork, keema, rogan josh, etc) but it's usually too much meat for me.
