Hi, I own a fb page and have enrolled onto the performance bonus scheme, I'm making money and have been told to add my information for my payout account, I've been trying for weeks to get in contact with FB but without much information back, I need my country location changed on my payout account and it won't let me, If I try to finish setting up my account or try to change my birthday on the setup window it tells me ' **This field is not allowed to be edited. Please try creating a new Payout Account.** ' please help
